"Power washing is another necessity of home ownership and it makes your home look good!." When your car is dirty, you wash it. When your clothes are dirty, you wash them. So, why would you not also spend the money to wash the largest investment you have ever made or are making when it is dirty? Pollen!!! Welcome to the south, again!! While pollen does not do a lot of damage, it just looks bad. That special coat of gold in the spring looks awful on homes, especially with darker colors, dark shutters and all over the deck and porch.

Decks will benefit by removing the mold that can damage or discolor wood. That old deck can actually be revived to some extent and it must be washed prior to us applying any form of stain or seal.

Driveways and sidewalks can be brightened. That darkened color on them is most likely old layers of dirt, pollen, liquids from that old car or truck or staining from the canopy of trees overhead. While not all stains will come up, it still makes a huge difference in the overall appearance of the house.
